Start by mixing the alginate powder with water in a mixing container, then quickly dip your baby's hands or feet into the mixture. The mixture should be pink/purple in color. After 1-2 minutes of complete immersion, gently remove your baby's hands or feet. Gently swing the mold to loosen your baby's feet easily. Once your mold is formed, pour the casting powder into the water and mix to a creamy consistency, then pour the mixture into the mold. Let dry for 10 hours. After the casting has dried, remove it from the mold with scissors and allow it to dry naturally for another 2 days. The casting can then be decorated with silver and gold paint, or left in its original color - white! After it dries completely, you can use glue to adhere the paw print to the background mat. The whole process takes a total of 3 days, and then you can have your baby's 3D handprint forever! Once you've completed your handprint, add two of your favorite 7.62 x 10.16 (cm) photos.
