Change shipping address or method
Once the order is confirmed, the company will deliver it according to the location and method filled in by the customer. If guests need to make changes, they can check with customer service first. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be changed. The customer is responsible for any delivery errors and additional costs incurred due to incorrect input of address information.
 
Freight calculation
  • When the order amount exceeds $500 after discount, you can enjoy free local shipping on the entire order.
  • If the order amount is less than $500 after discounts, a fixed shipping fee of $40 will be charged.
  • If the delivery area is a remote area in Hong Kong, customers will need to pay additional door-to-door charges. For details, please refer to the SF Express website.
  • Door-to-door delivery service is only available on floors directly accessible by elevators. If you want to go up the stairs, you need to pick up the goods downstairs.
  • Orders from Macau/Taiwan customers will be shipped via SF Express, and customers will need to pay additional freight when picking up the items.
Store pickup time
  • If the customer chooses self-pickup at the store when ordering, he/she must go to the store for self-pickup within 30 days after the order is confirmed (reservation of products requires a pick-up notification within 30 days). If the customer fails to pick up the goods within 30 days, an additional storage fee of $10 per day will be charged. cost.
  • If the customer chooses self-pickup at the store when ordering, but fails to make time to pick up the goods and changes to delivery, the shipping fee must be paid. Shipping takes 1-5 working days to process.
Delivery Time
  • Under normal circumstances, the daily order cut-off time on the website is 14:00, and if there is stock, it will be shipped on the same day. However, it is not ruled out that delivery time may be affected by weekends, public holidays and weather conditions.
  • Due to insufficient stock, delivery will be delayed. If the breast pump is out of stock, the breast pump store will notify the delivery time via Whatsapp or phone. Mothers who are in a hurry are advised to contact us through Whatsapp to confirm the inventory first.
  • The general ordering time for pre-ordering products is 3-7 working days. If you are in a hurry, please contact us via Whatsapp to confirm the stock.
  • During discount and free shipping periods, long holidays or bad weather, orders may take longer to process.
  • If you need to change the delivery address, phone number, scheduled delivery time, etc. after the order is paid, you must contact SF Express for correction.
