Change delivery address or method

Once the order is confirmed, our company will deliver the goods according to the location and method filled in by the customer. If customers need to make changes, they can check with customer service first. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be changed. Customers are responsible for any delivery errors and any additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect address information input.

Shipping Calculation

After discount, you can enjoy free local shipping on your entire order when your order is over $500.
If the order amount after discount is less than $500, a fixed shipping fee of $40 will be charged.
If the delivery area is a remote area in Hong Kong, customers will need to pay an additional door-to-door charge. For details, please refer to the SF Express website.
Door-to-door delivery service is only available on floors with elevator access. If you need to go up the stairs, you need to pick up the goods downstairs.
Orders from Macau/Taiwan customers will be shipped by SF Express with freight collect, and customers will need to pay the freight separately when picking up the items.

Store Pickup Time

If customers choose to pick up at the store when ordering, they must pick up the product at the store within 30 days after the order is confirmed (for pre-ordered products, the pick-up notice is within 30 days). If customers fail to pick up the product within 30 days, an additional storage fee of $10 per day will be charged.
If the customer chooses to pick up the goods in the store when ordering, but is unable to pick up the goods and changes to delivery, the customer must pay the shipping fee. It takes 1-5 working days to process the shipment.

Delivery time

Generally speaking, the website's daily order cut-off time is 14:00, and if there is stock, it will be shipped on the same day. However, the delivery time may be affected by weekends, public holidays and weather conditions.
Delivery is delayed due to insufficient stock. If the product is out of stock, Breast Pump City will notify the delivery time via WhatsApp or phone. It is recommended that mothers who are in a hurry contact WhatsApp first to confirm the stock.
The general booking time for pre-ordered products is 3-7 working days. If you are in a hurry, please contact us via Whatsapp to confirm the stock first.
During promotional and free shipping periods, long holidays or days with bad weather, orders may take longer to process.
If you need to change the delivery address/phone number/scheduled delivery time, etc. after the order is paid, you need to contact SF Express to make corrections.
