Instructions:

Bath water temperature: 35 - 38°C

Recommended soaking time: about 10 minutes, no more than 20 minutes

a) Infants over 6 months old - add 2.5ml (about 1/4 bottle cap) of Penaten Cold Bath Oil to about 30 liters of warm water

b) Children over 2 years old - About 40 - 50 liters of warm water, add 5ml (about 1/2 bottle cap) of Penaten Cold Bath Oil

c) Children aged 6 - 12 years old - about 50 - 60 liters of warm water, add 10ml (about 1 bottle cap) of Penaten Cold Bath Oil

d) 12 years old and above and adults - About 100 liters of warm water, add 20 - 30ml (about 2-3 bottle caps) of Penaten Cold Shower Oil
