Use a nipple ruler

1. Hold the ruler so that 0 is aligned with the edge on one side of the nipple.

2. The other side of the nipple is the diameter of the nipple (mm).

3. The size of the nipples on both sides may not be the same. Measure the diameter of each nipple individually.

Use circular guides

1. Place the nipple into the smallest hole.

2. Your nipple should be completely inside the circle.

3. Make sure you can see the entire nipple within the circle and the connected areola tissue at the edge of the circle.

4. The number (mm) below is your nipple diameter.

5. The size of the nipples on both sides may not be the same. Measure the diameter of each nipple individually.

• If you measure your nipples before you start pumping or before giving birth, you will need to add 3-4 mm to your nipple diameter measurement in order to choose the correct horn size. After measuring the nipple diameter after pumping, you can add 1-2 mm to this diameter to determine the horn size.
