Return and exchange terms
- Goods will not be returned or exchanged once they are shipped out.
- All products cannot be returned or exchanged once they are opened or the packaging is damaged.
- If after receiving the goods you find that the goods are not consistent with the order, the goods are damaged or there are problems with operation, you must report it to the customer service within 7 days after signing for it, otherwise it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns and exchanges must be sent to the store along with the receipt for processing. Any shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer.
- Returned and exchanged products must keep intact packaging
- If the returned product is sent with free shipping, the shipping fee incurred for the order must be recovered
- If the returned product comes with a gift, it must be returned together with it. If the product or gift does not have its original packaging, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are damaged due to human damage or incorrect use.
- If the customer buys the wrong product, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about the product, you can check with the customer service staff
- All pre-ordered products take time and are non-refundable once the order is placed. If the customer needs it urgently, he or she can check the delivery time with the customer service staff first.
- If you place an order using a credit card, returns and refunds must be made to the credit card within 10 working days after the customer service staff confirms the refund. Any fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
- If you place an order using other methods, you must provide the correct account number for refund
Warranty terms
- All maintenance must bring the purchase receipt (original invoice) for verification.
- Maintenance only includes repair services for host machine parts failure. Consumable accessories (such as breast pump accessories, UV lamps, etc.) are not included in the maintenance service.
- Maintenance services are not included in damage caused by human damage/negligence, unauthorized repair or modification.
- Product maintenance is the responsibility of the agent/supplier, and product maintenance details depend on the agent/supplier.
- Maintenance and repair time depends on the situation, usually taking two to three days.
- During the maintenance period, our company provides free loan service (only for breast pump machines) until the repair is completed. A designated deposit is required for the loan service. Please ask the store staff for details.
- If the product fails during the maintenance period, please call/Whatsapp first.
